Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We accept Paypal, UK personal cheques and postal orders. International customers are requested to use Paypal. All orders will be dispatched on clearance of funds.

Postage and Packing Costs

All UK items are securely packaged and sent Special Delivery Next Day within a maximum of 7 days, at a cost of £6.50 which includes insurance. Commissioned pieces will take longer. For International deliveries please contact us for prices.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it, in it's original condition, up to 14 days after receipt for a refund minus postage and packaging costs. We regret that, for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if faulty. Commissioned items cannot be returned as they will have been specifically designed and made to you specifications.
